These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Lomdaat Technologies ("we", "us"). By using our service — including connecting your Instagram Business account through our platform — you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may use our service only if you are the owner of, or an authorized administrator of, the Instagram Business or Creator account you connect. You must comply with Instagram's and Meta's own terms of service with respect to that account.
2. Scope of service
Our platform offers read-only monitoring of Instagram Business content. We do not publish, modify, or delete content on your behalf. Full details of the integration are on our Instagram Integration page.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not use our service to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and with Meta's platform policies.
4. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Revocation and termination
You may revoke our access and stop using the service at any time, either from our dashboard or from your Facebook account's Business Integrations settings. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, or if required by law or by Meta.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lomdaat Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
